Common Name:
Speckled BLOB® Sedum

Description:
Sedum ‘Speckled BLOB®’ is a low-growing, clump-forming succulent known for its unique variegated foliage and dense, mounding habit. Its fleshy, rounded leaves are green with irregular cream speckling and blush with pink tones in cooler weather, creating year-round visual interest. In late summer to early autumn, clusters of small star-shaped pink flowers appear, adding a soft burst of colour above the foliage. This drought-tolerant variety is ideal for Melbourne’s dry summers and performs best in full sun with well-drained soil. Its compact size and tidy form make it perfect for rockeries, borders, succulent displays, rooftop gardens, or pots. Like other sedums, it requires minimal maintenance and is excellent for low-water and low-care landscapes. ‘Speckled BLOB®’ stands out with its eye-catching foliage and reliability in tough conditions, bringing playful texture and colour to both modern and cottage-style plantings.
