Shipping and Delivery Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Plant Broker. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms and conditions:

1. Delivery Locations

Our $33 flat rate delivery fee extends to Metropolitan Melbourne only.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 days from the date of processing.
  Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

4. Shipping Costs

Flat rate $33. Please note, this fee is non-refundable.

5. Live Plants Guarantee

All plants delivered will be cared for by plant experts from pick up to delivery. They will arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. If you’re not 100% satisfied, The Plant Broker will happily refund or exchange your product.

6. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. You’ll then be sent a brief delivery questionnaire to help us deliver your plants with expediency. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is correct.

7. Missed Deliveries

If delivery of your plants cannot be made due to misinformation given in your delivery questionnaire, The Plant Broker reserves the right of discretion to charge a second delivery fee. All efforts will be made to ensure delivery is made safely and within the guidelines set out in your delivery questionnaire.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Should you need to cancel or change your order in any way, please email us, using your invoice number in the Subject, along with your change of order details in the description.

9. Responsibility After Delivery

Once the order is delivered to the address provided, we are no longer responsible for the care or condition of the plants.
