Common Name:
Salvia HEATWAVE 'Sparkle'

Description:
Salvia HEATWAVE 'Sparkle' is a compact, floriferous variety from the Australian-bred HEATWAVE™ series, specifically developed for hot, dry conditions and low-maintenance landscapes. This stunning cultivar produces masses of glowing magenta-pink flowers that contrast beautifully against its aromatic, grey-green foliage. Flowering begins in spring and continues well into autumn, with peak performance during the warmer months. Ideal for Melbourne gardens, 'Sparkle' thrives in full sun with well-drained soil and is drought tolerant once established. Its naturally dense, rounded form makes it excellent for borders, mass plantings, low hedging, and decorative containers. Light pruning after flowering encourages further blooming and keeps the plant neat. Beloved by bees, butterflies and small nectar-loving birds, this hardy salvia adds vibrant colour and life to any garden space with very little effort.
