Description: The Grimaldi rose is a vibrant and artistic floribunda rose bred by Delbard, known for its unique painterly blooms that combine salmon-pink with soft cream and white streaks. Each flower is a loose, double bloom made up of around 17–25 petals, with a delicate, citrus-tinged rose fragrance. Blooms are carried in small clusters and appear continuously from spring through to autumn. This rose has a slightly spreading, compact growth habit and reaches about 1.2 metres in height. The foliage is a deep, glossy green with excellent resistance to common rose diseases. Grimaldi is particularly effective when planted en masse or used to add vibrant, artistic flair to rose beds and mixed borders. In Melbourne gardens, it performs reliably in full sun and well-drained soil, bringing long-lasting colour and charm to both formal and informal spaces.
