Common Name:
Bubblegum Pink Garden Phlox

Description:
Phlox paniculata 'Bubblegum Pink', commonly known as Bubblegum Pink Garden Phlox, is a compact, herbaceous perennial celebrated for its vibrant, bubblegum-pink flowers with subtle white flares. Blooming from midsummer to early autumn, these fragrant blossoms are arranged in large, cone-shaped clusters atop sturdy, upright stems adorned with deep green foliage. This cultivar is noted for its excellent resistance to powdery mildew, a common issue in other phlox varieties, making it a low-maintenance choice for gardeners. Ideal for borders, cottage gardens, and pollinator-friendly plantings, it attracts butterflies and hummingbirds, adding dynamic life to the garden. Bubblegum Pink Garden Phlox thrives in full sun and prefers moist, well-drained soils. Regular deadheading of spent blooms encourages continuous flowering, and cutting back the stems after the flowering season promotes healthy growth in the following year.
