Common Name:
Legacy Flame Grevillea
Description:
Grevillea 'Legacy Flame' is a hardy, low-mounding Australian native shrub, reaching approximately 50 cm in height and spreading up to 1 metre in width. It showcases bright flame-like orange to red spider-like flowers predominantly during autumn and winter, though flowering can occur at other times, especially when cultivated in containers. The fine-textured, dark green foliage provides an attractive backdrop to the vibrant blooms. This compact shrub is ideal for small gardens, large containers, or mass plantings, and is known to attract nectar-feeding birds and insects. It thrives in well-drained soils under full sun conditions and exhibits excellent drought, frost, and coastal tolerance once established.
