Gazania hybrid (GT20) Double Gold™ is an outstanding ground cover cultivar selected for its dense, fast-spreading habit and masses of golden-yellow flowers. Unlike many other gazanias, Double Gold™ is sterile, meaning it won’t self-seed or become invasive, making it ideal for responsible planting in both residential and public landscapes. Flowering profusely from late winter through to autumn, the daisy-like blooms contrast beautifully with the silvery-green foliage, which forms a low, weed-suppressive mat. Highly drought and salt-tolerant, Double Gold™ thrives in Melbourne’s full sun conditions and is perfectly suited to verges, embankments, nature strips, coastal gardens, and erosion control.
