Common Name:
Happy Dreams Thrift

Description:
DREAMERIA® ‘Happy Dreams’ is a modern, compact selection of Armeria (commonly known as thrift), bred for exceptional flower performance, compact growth, and strong resilience. This variety forms a tidy mound of fine, dark green grass-like foliage, which remains evergreen year-round. From early spring through to late autumn, it produces masses of clear soft pink globe-shaped flower heads held above the foliage on strong, upright stems. Bred for improved disease resistance and tolerance to varying conditions, ‘Happy Dreams’ thrives in Melbourne’s climate, handling heat, drought, and coastal exposure with ease. Ideal for edging, rockeries, containers, or small garden borders, it brings vibrant colour and form with minimal maintenance. Its long flowering season and compact shape also make it a perfect option for modern landscapes and cottage-style gardens alike.
