Common Name:
Sugar Plum Coral Pinks

Description:
Dianthus ‘Sugar Plum Coral’ is a vibrant, clump-forming perennial prized for its warm coral-toned flowers and long blooming season. This variety features frilled, finely edged petals in shades of coral-pink with a soft blush centre, delivering a rich, glowing presence to garden beds, borders, and containers. The blooms are lightly scented with a clove-like fragrance and appear from late spring through to autumn, attracting bees and butterflies. Its dense blue-grey foliage stays neat and evergreen throughout the year, forming a compact, rounded mound. Thriving in full sun and well-drained soils, ‘Sugar Plum Coral’ is well suited to Melbourne’s climate and tolerates dry conditions once established. Low maintenance and easy to grow, this cultivar is perfect for edging paths, filling in sunny rockeries, or creating colourful potted displays.
