Common Name:
Corydalis 'Blue Line'

Description:
Corydalis 'Blue Line' is a stunning herbaceous perennial prized for its rare and intense sky-blue flowers and delicate, fern-like foliage. This compact cultivar delivers a soft, woodland charm and thrives in cool, shaded areas of the garden. The tubular flowers appear in loose clusters and contrast beautifully against the lacy, blue-green leaves. Flowering begins in early spring and often continues into early summer, especially in cooler, moist conditions. In Melbourne, 'Blue Line' performs best in part shade with rich, well-drained soil and consistent moisture. It is ideal for shaded borders, underplanting in woodland settings, or tucked into rockeries and containers. During hot or dry spells, it may enter dormancy but will reshoot as temperatures cool. Its cool-toned flowers and soft texture make it a lovely companion to bolder foliage or spring-flowering bulbs.
