Common Name: Princess Claire Peruvian Lily
Description: Alstroemeria 'Princess Claire', also known as 'Colorita Claire', is a compact, tuberous perennial celebrated for its pristine white flowers. Blooming from early summer through to the first frosts, the crisp white blooms of Alstroemeria Colorita® 'Claire' will make excellent cutting material which will be a highlight in summer and autumn indoor arrangements or even wedding bouquets. The lance-shaped, dark green foliage provides an attractive backdrop to the blossoms. Reaching a height and spread of approximately 20 to 30 cm, 'Princess Claire' thrives in Melbourne's climate, preferring full sun to partial shade and fertile, moist, well-drained soils. Its compact size makes it ideal for borders, containers, and small gardens. Additionally, the long-lasting flowers make excellent cut specimens, brightening indoor arrangements.
