Common Name: Mundi™ Coastal Rosemary
Description: Mundi™ (Westringia fruticosa 'WES05' PBR) is a versatile and hardy Australian native ground cover, renowned for its dense, low-growing habit and attractive appearance. This evergreen shrub features soft, grey-green foliage reminiscent of rosemary, complemented by masses of small white flowers that bloom primarily in spring but can appear throughout the year. Mundi™ is exceptionally drought-tolerant once established and thrives in a variety of soil types, including sandy and well-drained clay soils. It is well-suited to coastal conditions, tolerating salt spray and windy environments, making it an excellent choice for Melbourne gardens. Its low-maintenance nature and minimal pruning requirements make it ideal for mass plantings, erosion control, and as a ground cover in both residential and commercial landscapes.
