Common Name:
Tardiva Hydrangea
Description:
Hydrangea paniculata Tardiva is a late-blooming deciduous shrub known for its elegant, elongated flower panicles. Unlike many other hydrangeas, Tardiva extends the flowering season, producing creamy white blossoms from late summer into autumn, which gradually take on soft pink hues as they mature. The blooms are held on strong, upright stems, preventing drooping and adding height and structure to garden beds. This hardy and adaptable variety thrives in well-drained, moist soils and prefers a position in full sun to part shade. Tardiva is an excellent choice for garden borders, mixed plantings, and large containers, offering long-lasting floral interest well into autumn.
